• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and determine the impact of their condition on daily functioning.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that include exercise therapy, stretching, hands-on techniques, and use of modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments, responses, and any modifications to therapeutic goals as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation practices, tailored exercise regimens, and correct use of assistive devices.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are maintained, updating goals in response to patient progress.
• Foster a collaborative environment for patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams by providing necessary training on therapeutic procedures and assistive technology.
