This is not an entry-level position.
We are seeking a high-level technician/programmer with hands-on experience installing AND programming Savant, Crestron, or Control4 systems in luxury residential environments.
If your experience is limited to basic installs, wiring, or assisting on jobs, this role will not be a fit.
About the Role
Titan Technology installs and services high-end, fully integrated smart home systems. Our projects include large custom homes with advanced audio/video, lighting control, shading, networking, and surveillance systems.
We are looking for a self-sufficient technician who can take a system from rack build → programming → commissioning → client handoff.
This is a lead-level role, not a helper position.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Programming and deploying Savant, Crestron Home, or Control4 systems
  • Building, wiring, and finishing clean, serviceable equipment racks
  • System bring-up, testing, and final commissioning
  • Advanced troubleshooting of integrated AV and control systems
  • Configuring networks, Wi-Fi systems, and remote access
  • Calibrating audio and video systems for performance
  • Installing TVs, projectors, lifts, and specialty mounting solutions
  • Leading or working alongside team members on-site
  • Delivering a polished, professional client experience
  • Completing clean documentation and system notes

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
  • 3+ years in home automation / AV integration
  • Proven experience programming at least one of the following:
    • Savant
    • Crestron Home
    • Control4
  • Experience completing full home systems, not just partial installs
  • Rack buildout, wire management, and system commissioning experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, control, and networking

This Role Is NOT For
  • Entry-level technicians
  • Cable/satellite installers
  • Electricians without AV integration experience
  • Candidates without control system programming experience

  • $35 - $45+ per hour, depending on experience and capability
