You will install our alarm systems at customer locations while also identifying opportunities to upgrade customer service packages.

Security Technician – Low Voltage Electronics Technician (Sales)

Job Responsibilities

As a Security Technician, you will not only provide quality installation services, but will also use your expertise to identify opportunities to add products and services to customer security packages. Above all, you will ensure complete customer satisfaction with both their new system and the installation process.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Installing alarm systems and home automation packages accurately and efficiently

  • Performing initial walkthrough of home to determine the optimal system configuration, and to identify upselling opportunities

  • Keeping the customer informed at all times on what the installation process will entail, whether walls will need to be drilled in order to run wiring, etc.

  • Connecting alarm systems to our central monitoring system; activating systems and performing customer demonstrations

  • Submitting billing and payroll paperwork in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ensuring the highest level of safety and responsibility during all installations

  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals on a consistent basis

  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
