What are we looking for?
A Sales Representative who’s a full-on firecracker.
Where are we located?
Las Vegas, NV
What kind of job is this?
Full-time, with a combination of base salary and commission
Who would you report to?
Kim, our owner. She’s a firecracker herself.
Who are we?
Have you ever dreamt of walking in the front door of your home after a long workday, to have the lights automatically turn on, your blinds automatically close, your favorite tv channel queued up, and the heated floors in your bathroom warming up, all ready for you to decompress for the evening? What feels like a far-fetched dream is now becoming reality in the home automation and technology world.
At Premiere AV Integration, we set out over 20 years ago with a clear mission in mind- to be known as an exceptional company, recognized for sharing our passion for great entertainment, security and convenience through today’s innovative technology. We do this through whole-heartedly valuing our customers, our employees, and the community we call home- and we don’t settle for anything less! Are you a fanatic about building genuine relationships, but also love technology? What are you waiting for? Apply to become a part of our team!
What would your job look like?
Let us answer that by starting with a real high-level look at this role:  we are counting on you to close sales leads and help us optimize our current business development strategy. We’ll be looking to you to support the business development processes we currently have in place by nurturing our existing relationships. We’re looking for both a hunter and a farmer sales persona, with more emphasis on the farmer. A little slice of a hunter never hurts in the sales world, but in our industry, building relationships is king.
We currently have a good mix of revenue coming in from existing and new clients.  In a world where technology evolves rapidly, there is always opportunity to ensure that our clients have the latest and greatest technology in their homes. We are looking for someone to better serve the needs of our existing customers for any needs they might have, whether it’s a system upgrade or new piece of technology altogether.

Which is where you come in.  At a high level, your role would focus upon:
  • selling projects for existing clients;
  • managing smaller projects and leads that come into the pipeline;
  • thoughtfully and effectively managing the Premiere AV and client relationship;
  • internalizing and learning our current business development strategy, and uncovering ways to modify or expand it;
Your typical week would look something like this:
  • you’re regularly checking in on our existing clients and looking for opportunities to expand our business with them;
  • you’ll make onsite visits to meet with clients and assess their needs and home, all while building rapport;
  • you’ll help clients bring clarity and organization to their technology dreams by collaborating with our team to create proposals built around those dreams;
  • you’ll manage the entire process leading a client through the consultation and sale, transition them to our project manager, and make sure they have been successfully handed off to our Service Team at the end of that pipeline;
  • you’ll spend time looking for creative ways to expand your and our company’s network within our market - establishing and deepening relationships with builders and other members of the general home industry within our metro area.
What should you bring to the table?
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and client management experience.  Bonus points if your experience is in one of the following fields:
    • Home Automation, Audio/Video or Integration systems (strongly preferred);
    • Construction, Design or Architectural industry;
    • Luxury products or services
    • Don’t have the experience listed here? We’re okay with that. . . as long as you have impeccable soft skills, a passion for developing relationships with people, and an aptitude and desire to learn our industry!
  • A degree is a nice bonus, but not required
  • An ability to take ownership of our business development strategy by balancing the ability to think strategically against the need to also execute tactically;
  • A willingness to take on as your own, the company’s core values, purpose, cause and passion;
  • A positive attitude, ability to excel under pressure, and a willingness to hold yourself accountable;
  • A natural passion for developing professional relationships within the design/build community and with potential/existing clients; and,
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
What do we bring to the table?
  • Base salary: $40k + commission structure, depending upon experience
  • Health benefits
  • 401(k), with a company match
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid time off
