As a privately owned collection of four smart home companies across Florida, we specialize in bringing intelligence, security, and seamless automation to some of the most stunning homes in the state.

We’re seeking a Customer Scheduling Agent to join our ArqAi Support Center in Fort Myers, FL. If you’re passionate about home automation and want to be part of a team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experiences — this is the opportunity for you.

Incredible Compensation:

Responsibilities

  • Schedule customer appointments and coordinate daily assignments for Technicians.
  • Inspect orders for accuracy and follow up with internal teams to ensure precision.
  • Assist Help Desk Agents with basic Tier 1 support as needed.
  • Create and schedule work orders efficiently.
  • Promote and sell service plans to customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate appointments and daily tasks.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to verify orders and follow up for accuracy.
  • Basic technical aptitude to provide Tier 1 support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and across departments.
  • Sales skills and comfortable presenting service plans to customers.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or related systems preferred.
