  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) on active job sites for site supervisors, builders, and clients.
  • Conduct site inspections on high-ticket projects through rough, trim, and install phases.
  • Act as the final technical escalation point for troubleshooting on job sites, stepping in to go "hands-on" when necessary to meet deadlines.

Process Enforcement (The SASSI OS)
  • Review handoffs from Sales and halt any project that lacks necessary details before it enters Production.
  • Embody Autonomy without independence-ensure your team escalates issues and strictly avoids "freelancing."

Leadership & Training
  • Manage and mentor the Install Coordinator (who handles daily tech scheduling).
  • Create road maps for technician training and development.
  • Actively train internal AV Technicians and external Subcontractors on SASSI's installation best practices and documentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Field experience installing, programming, and troubleshooting Control4, Qolsys, Ubiquiti, Eero, Alarm.com, and Lutron.
