Full-Time Health & Performance Coach

Njoy Health | Anytime Fitness

At Njoy Health, we’re redefining health and fitness by combining strength training, recovery, education, and community. We’re looking for a passionate, high-energy Health & Performance Coach who loves coaching people, building relationships, and creating an exceptional member experience.

This is more than a personal training position. We’re looking for someone who thrives leading groups, enjoys motivating others, and wants to help build innovative fitness and wellness programs across Anytime Fitness and The Well.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead engaging small group and large group fitness classes with energy and confidence.
  • Help develop, grow, and continually improve our group training programs.
  • Coach members through personalized fitness and wellness plans.
  • Conduct fitness consultations, body composition assessments, and goal-setting sessions.
  • Build lasting relationships that increase accountability, retention, and results.
  • Convert prospects into long-term members through consultative sales and exceptional client communication.
  • Follow up with leads and members through phone calls, text, and email.
  • Collaborate with the coaching team to grow personal training, group training, and wellness services.
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and motivating environment for every member.

Cross-Training Opportunities

As part of Njoy Health, you’ll also have opportunities to coach and support programming at The Well, including:

  • Leading guided sauna experiences and thermal garden classes.
  • Incorporating breathwork, mindfulness, and recovery education into member experiences.
  • Assisting with special wellness events and workshops.
  • Helping create unique recovery and performance programs that complement fitness training.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for coaching and helping others achieve their health goals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-minded with the ability to confidently recommend programs that help clients succeed.
  • Experience leading small group and group fitness classes.
  • Personal training certification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable helping build new programs and contributing ideas.
  • Willing to work mornings and occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Yoga instructor certification or teaching experience.
  • Knowledge or certification in breathwork.
  • Experience with sauna, contrast therapy, recovery, or holistic wellness.
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Nutrition coaching experience is a plus.
