Join the journey of hope at Ethan's Crossing. Ethan's Crossing was founded to honor the life of a young man lost to addiction. We aren't just a facility; we are a family system that understands and supports the lifelong journey of recovery. We are looking for registered nurses (RN) who want to provide more than just medication administration—we want team members who want to provide a serene environment for healing.

Location: Springfield, OH

Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12s (7a–7p) | Every other weekend

Your impact on the floor: As a day shift RN here, you are the heartbeat of our recovery community. You will:

  • Lead the healing: Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care that restores peace of mind.
  • Empower through education: Orient guests and families to the recovery journey with dignity and respect.
  • Drive excellence: Conduct clinical assessments and manage care plans in a high-energy, supportive atmosphere.
  • Foster stability: Maintain a judge-free campus that promotes sustainable, long-term recovery.

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • New graduate RNs are welcome to apply – we provide training and mentorship!
