Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including nursing homes and inpatient facilities. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing health coaching strategies to promote overall wellness. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify health issues and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical history.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Provide health coaching to patients and their families regarding disease management and prevention strategies.

  • Assist with airway management and ventilate patients as necessary during emergencies.
