Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care 

Pay: Up to $45/hour + generous shift differentials / $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) 
Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
Shifts: Day, Night, & Baylor (12-hour)

Requirements

  • Current Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) 
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred 
  • 1+ year nursing experience preferred (acute care or long-term care) 
  • New RN graduates welcome with strong clinical foundation 
  • Knowledge of nursing principles, clinical assessments, and medication administration 
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills 

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility (SNF) 
  • Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring 
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed 
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans 
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs 
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (EMR) 
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams 
  • Support geriatric care, dementia care, and rehabilitation services
