Our holistic, patient-focused experience begins with understanding our patients’ desires, empowering them with trusted information, and ends with extraordinary results that illuminate one’s best self from the inside out.Position SummaryThe Nurse Injector will consult with patients to gain an understanding of their desired outcomeThey will perform FDA cleared aesthetic noninvasive injectable treatments including Botox and fillersPassion for communicating to patients with warmth, ability to explain procedures and instructionsEssential Duties/FunctionsProvide aesthetic services such as Botox neurotoxin injections and dermal fillersProvide the above services in a safe, professional, and skilled manner Assess patients’ needs during consultations Establish and maintain rapport with patients to ensure overall satisfactionEvaluate patients’ candidacy for treatments and perform the treatment the same dayGain an understanding of patients’ medical history Pursue opportunities to educate patients on additional servicesEnsure client paperwork and records are filled out completely and accurately Develop treatment plans; educate the patient on procedure Answer patient questions and concerns Work closely with other staff members; cross recommending treatments, and products Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each patientSustain proficiency through continuous education and trainingsCollaborate with medspa, sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve company goalsAssist with taking standardized photos if requiredAssist with unpackaging and restocking inventoryCheck sharps boxes and change any that are fullMaintain patient, team member, and employer confidentiality.
