Are you a hands-on hotel leader ready to take the next step toward a General Manager role?
We’re looking for a driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to partner with the General Manager and lead day-to-day operations across all departments. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll directly influence guest satisfaction, team performance, and hotel profitability.
At Holiday Inn, part of the globally recognized IHG Hotels & Resorts family, you’ll join a team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
As AGM, you’ll be the operational backbone of the hotel, supporting all departments and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversee daily operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services 
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience from arrival to departure 
  • Lead, coach, and support department managers and team members 
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency 
  • Monitor occupancy, room readiness, and operational performance 
  • Assist with budgeting, labor management, and cost control initiatives 
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain brand and cleanliness standards 
  • Support hiring, training, and team development efforts 
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures 
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3–5+ years of hotel leadership or supervisory experience
 ✔ Experience across multiple hotel departments (Rooms + F&B preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
✔ Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
