Job description

Purus exterior cleaning services is hiring an exterior cleaning and holiday lighting technician to assist with residential and commercial projects throughout the Richmond area.

(This position is part-time and has the oppurtunity to become full-time depending on the quality of work provided)

During the exterior cleaning season, services include pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and other property maintenance services. As we transition into the holiday season, the positon will shift heavily into toward proffesional christmas light installation, maitenance, removal and organization.

Responsibilities include: 

- Opperating pressure washing and soft washing equipment 

- Setting up and breaking down hoses, ladders, and jobsite equipment 

- Cleaning roofs, siding, gutters, concrete, decks, fences and other surfaces

- Protecting client landscaping and property

- Installing custom holiday lighting displays on rooflines, trees, shrubs, and other exterior areas

- Meassuring, cutting and fitting commercial grade lighting materials

- Communicating proffesionally with customers and coworkers

- Taking before and after photos and videos 

- Following company procedures and maintainng high quality workmanship

Experience is helpful but not required -- we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is dependable, hard working, detailed oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and capable of performing physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.

Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers licesne, the ability to lift 75-100lbs and have confidence working from ladders and at heights.
