Holiday Lighting Installer Job Posting
Sparkle Squad is growing and looking for positive, motivated and dependable team members to join our seasonal Holiday Lighting Installation team.  Installers work outdoors installing, maintaining, and removing professional holiday lighting and decor on residential and commercial properties.  This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands on work, working outside and creating beautiful holiday displays that delight clients.  This is a seasonal role running from October through January.
We are seeking candidates who:
  • Are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  •  Are comfortable working on ladders and roofs.
  • Have the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in their work.
  • Are dependable and punctual.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Construction, landscaping, electrical, or holiday lighting experience is a plus but not required - training is provided.
What You Will Do:
  •  Install professional holiday lighting displays including roofline lights, trees, bushes, wreaths, garland, and other seasonal decor.
  • Safely work on ladders, roofs, lifts and elevated areas.
  • Assist with design implementation and layout of lighting displays.
  • Ensure lights are securely fastened and aesthetically installed.  
  • Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues during the season.
  • Safely remove lighting displays at the end of the season and prepare materials for storage.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.
