Job description

Driver Support Representative – 2nd & 3rd Shift

2nd Shift: $18.50 per hour
3rd Shift: $19.50 per hour

The position would be full-time, and candidates would be able to apply for either the 2nd or 3rd shift.

The job responsibilities would include:

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for drivers
  • Assisting with breakdowns
  • Maintenance concerns, delays, accidents, weather events, route changes, and other operational issues.
  • The position would also work closely with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, customers, and other departments to help resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

The qualifications would include:

  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • problem-solving abilities
  • organizational and multitasking skills
  • the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • attention to detail
  • the ability to learn and work with different software systems.
  • Transportation, logistics, dispatch, customer support, or driver support experience would be preferred.
