HOA Community Association Manager
Location: St. Petersburg, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and relationship-driven HOA Community Association Manager to oversee and manage homeowner and condominium associations in the St. Petersburg area.
This role is perfect for a professional who understands Florida association law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building strong communities while delivering exceptional service to board members and residents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HOA and condo associations
  • Work directly with Board Members to implement policies and strategic goals
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and governing documents
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Manage rule enforcement and handle resident communications professionally
  • Attend and facilitate board meetings (some evening meetings required)
  • Oversee reserve studies and long-term capital planning

What You Bring
  • Experience managing HOA or condominium associations (Florida experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Florida HOA/Condo statutes
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and financial literacy skills
  • CAM License (Required - State of Florida)
