Job description

Growing DSO with 22 locations nationwide that is expanding into Round Rock, TX—one of the fastest-growing communities just outside Austin. The group is seeking a General Dentist to become a partner/co-owner of the new practice. This opportunity offers a unique path to ownership with up to a 50% reduction in the initial investment required to open a practice independently, while projected collections and revenue are 10–25% higher than those of a typical independent practice. Position:

  • Recruiting for: Partner/Owner Dentist, buy-in required
  • Location: Round Rock, TX
  • Start Date: Office re-opens October 2026 – some flexibility with start date afterwards
  • Current Staff: 1 Orthodontist (Ortho will be helping with some GD services in interim)
    • Looking to bring on 1 Partner and 1 Associate Dentist
  • Support Staff: Front office, Hygiene, Assistants
  • Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8 am – 7 pm, Saturday: 8 am – 1:30 pm
    • Dentist in practice will stagger schedule. Partner will be working primarily daytime hours but will be required to stay until 7 pm a few nights each week
    • Current associate has already agreed to work Fridays and Saturdays (not required for partner Dentist in this location)
  • Procedures: Prefer a Dentist with a wide scope of practice. Equal comfortability with bread and butter as Surgery/Endodontics
  • Patient ages: Primarily Adults
  • Payors: PPO, FFS, some Medicaid (No HMO)
  • EMR: Open Dental (Cloud)
  • Technology: iTero, Cone Beam, and more

Compensation:

  • Estimated earning potential: $600-800k+
  • Immediate Equity/Ownership
  • Required Buy-In, Flexibility in required amount
  • Partner/Owner makes profit from collections, after expenses and royalty are paid remaining collections are split between partners based on percentage produced each month (Eat what you kill!)
  • Corporate Royalty – paid monthly, only way that corporate makes money on the practice, the partners keep the rest of the profit
  • Marketing is included in the Corporate Royalty
  • 401K available for employees, finalizing a healthcare insurance plan
