Job description

TO: All Production Associates

SUBJECT: Cycle Counter
Shift: TBD
LOCATION: TBA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Must be able to anticipate potential problems and apply solutions and preventative measures.
  • Complete daily cycle counts, receipt adjustment, and support of Physical Inventory requirements.
  • Achieve Daily production Targets.
  • Excellent Attendance.
  • Must be able to operate equipment Forklift and Tugger.
  • Must be flexible to support extraordinaries production requirement.
  • Able to investigate abnormal situation and document findings utilizing Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and able present information to large group of associates.
  • Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
  • Support and direct daily company production and projects

Safety/Environment:
  • Follow safety rules and requirements
  • Ensure work area is clean (5s at end of shift)

Quality
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy daily
  • Report any inventory irregularities to supervisor immediately

Cost:
  • Ensure correct receipt of all parts in both GCCS and GPCS (SOX)

Delivery:
  • Support overtime (scheduled or unscheduled)
  • Monitor receiving areas to ensure correct receipt

Morale:
  • Interact with team members and customer daily in a positive way
  • Treat all associates consistently and respectfully
  • Raise concerns/issues immediately to management

Training:
  • Train on SOPs as presented by management
  • Skill advancement courses are available

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
  • Post-high school education (2 - 4-year degree in Operations Management), Business or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Able to interact professionally within the company with our customer and associates.
  • Able to lead project teams and present information to management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able and willing to work any shift, hours, holidays, weekends, or overtime as needed
  • Must be able to pass Hair Follicle Testing and Badging Process through HMA.
