HouseMaster is a rapidly growing business in Broward, and we are now hiring full-time professional home inspectors. You will leverage an established infrastructure and winning brand to enhance your professional image and growth as a professional. HouseMaster is a national franchise, a leader in its segment, and present here in Broward for 30 years. With a 90% satisfaction rate, our service offer is second to none.
We are looking to hire licensed property inspectors with a minimum of 2 years of previous experience (at least 50 full home inspections performed - insurance only does not count). The company will provide franchise-specific training for its methods and communications approach. The paid training period is from 90 to 120 days, depending on the candidate.
What You'll Do
  • Perform property inspections for real estate transactions
  • Perform Wind mitigation, 4 point and WDO ancillary inspections
  • Perform presentation of the inspection findings
  • Manage customer expectations
  • You will be trained on sewer line camera scope, swimming pool leak detection, mold sampling and other ancillary services

Requirements
  • Valid Home inspector License for 2 years
  • Experience with 4 point/wind mitigation inspections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Knowledge of Word, Outlook, One Drive, Mobile Apps and Web-Based Applications (on the job training will be provided). HomeGauge and ISN knowledge is a plus. Needs to be technology savvy.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Own a smartphone. Own car/truck. Valid driver's license and insurance required
