Summary

The Senior Manager, Healthcare Data Integration & Interface Services leads the strategy, delivery, and operational support of enterprise integration solutions that enable secure, accurate, and efficient healthcare data exchange. This role oversees interface architecture, data conversion, API integrations, EDI transactions, FHIR/HL7 integrations, batch processing, and cloud-based data exchange solutions supporting Medicaid, MMIS, PBM, payer, and healthcare programs.

In this role, you will partner closely with business, technology, implementation, operations, client, and vendor stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions across client implementations, migrations, modernization efforts, and ongoing production support.

Your role in our mission
  • Lead enterprise integration and interface services that support reliable healthcare operations, client delivery, data exchange, and program modernization.
  • Oversee integration workstreams across large-scale Medicaid, MMIS, PBM, payer, and healthcare technology implementations.
  • Guide teams through the full integration lifecycle, including requirements, design, source-to-target mapping, data conversion, reconciliation, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Establish integration standards, governance, reusable frameworks, quality controls, and best practices across programs.
  • Partner with internal teams, clients, state agencies, healthcare partners, and third-party vendors to resolve risks, remove barriers, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Champion automation, operational efficiency, AI-enabled improvement opportunities, and continuous process improvement across integration services.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems integration, interface management, data conversion, healthcare data exchange, or enterprise architecture.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and complex healthcare technology implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of batch processing, APIs, EDI, FHIR, HL7, cloud integration, and healthcare data exchange standards.
  • Experience with API design, cloud integration, middleware platforms, data mapping, data conversion, and integration testing.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid, MMIS, PBM, payer systems, healthcare operations, or related healthcare technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale implementation, migration, integration, or modernization programs.

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
