We are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to join our growing healthcare SaaS team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in product management and a passion for improving healthcare through technology. You will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of digital products that serve healthcare providers, payers, and patients, ensuring they are compliant, scalable, and impactful.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs and regulatory standards. You'll own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, leveraging data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform decisions and prioritize features. Key Responsibilities: 1.

Healthcare Industry Knowledge & Regulatory Acumen Familiarity with clinical workflows and terminology Ability to navigate clinical frameworks and translate to product requirements Awareness of patient safety and data privacy concerns (PHI) Maintains general understanding of HIPAA and other compliance standards 2. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance). Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analtyics, Gainsight, etc). Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy. Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development
