The Content Data Structure Specialist supports Content production by structuring data for use throughout the publishing pipeline. The Data Specialist will work with raw family history content and metadata to prepare the data for importing to a database and structuring according to Content standards. You will also be responsible for exporting data for external partners. An essential part of this role is the development of custom tools with AI assistance to help automate and streamline workflows to improve output and efficiency. The role will require constant and quality communication to ensure success.

  • Data Transformation: Gather and convert raw data into standardized formats; transform diverse file types into ingestible assets for internal and external systems.
  • Workflow Innovation: Design and implement innovative methods to optimize production workflows and support scalable content growth.
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met for diverse data collections.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues within data files, SQL templates, and database tables.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks, automate workflows, and troubleshoot process-driven bottlenecks.
  • Team Development: Participate in the onboarding and training of team members.
  • Peer Support: Assist in answering questions and troubleshooting issues the team experiences.

We are pleased to share the base hourly range for this position: $21.00 - $26.00 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience.
