The HVAC Inside Sales Support Specialist is a customer-focused role dedicated to delivering outstanding service and operational support to the sales team. This position utilizes digital tools, ERP/CRM systems, and data insights to manage customer interactions, streamline order processing, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and attention to detail.


  • Respond promptly and professionally to HVAC customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts in the ERP/CRM system.
  • Provide timely information regarding product availability, lead times, and alternatives for out-of-stock items.
  • Resolve customer issues by researching problems, coordinating solutions, or escalating to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Use ERP/CRM systems to track customer interactions, order history, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in HVAC required.
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn First Supply LLC’s business systems.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively with customers by telephone and in person.
  • Ability to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to provide customer satisfaction; and still consider the relative costs and benefits to all involved.
