Your Opportunity: Maintenance Technician I

We are seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping others, and are ready to learn the ins and outs of property maintenance, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with us.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks including painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Conduct routine inspections of common areas and apartments to identify maintenance needs.
  • Assist with furniture setup, seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, landscaping), and make-ready tasks.
  • Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.

What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ year of maintenance or related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
