Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking a highly technical and self-motivated Lead Data Analyst with strong data storytelling skills to develop end-to-end reporting solutions for a global sports initiative. The role involves working closely with product engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to design scalable data workflows and business dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to enable data ingestion, enrichment, and transformation.
• Design and implement data ingestion processes, including handling user-managed files such as Excel.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to define and refine data requirements.
• Translate complex technical data into clear insights for executive stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs.
• Support Agile/Scrum-based project execution and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
