Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized care for patients with wounds, injuries, or post-surgical incisions. This role requires a compassionate individual with strong clinical skills and a focus on patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and treating various types of wounds including surgical, traumatic, and chronic wounds
  • Developing and implementing individualized wound care plans
  • Monitoring and documenting wound healing progress
  • Educating patients and caregivers on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Performing procedures such as wound debridement, dressing changes, and wound irrigation

Requirements:

  • Valid NP license with Wound Care Certification preferred
