Job description

This role will lead the Total Rewards function for LATAM.  It will partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits teams to build and execute global/regional total rewards programs.  This position will be the regional contact for all ongoing activities in Total Rewards.  It will also manage the day-to-day compensation needs for the Costa Rica Global Business Services Site and LATAM Sales. 

 
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Serve as Compensation Consultant and Subject Matter Expert for the Region including being a resource for escalating issues/concerns
  • Execute Global Compensation and Benefits programs and guidelines using established parameters
  • Deliver communication, training and education for the region as representative of Total Rewards
  • Provide Regional Benefits oversight in accordance with Global Benefits governance This includes partnering with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to optimize benefit offerings and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals. 

Costa Rica Global Business Services site responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day compensation consultation for the Costa Rica shared services location for new roles, job evaluations, market analysis, and organizational design in accordance with established career framework, compensation guidelines and salary structures.
  • Lead the site annual salary planning and incentive cycles
  • Partner with the business to help identify site compensation and benefit related issues and provide guidance, training, and communication to resolve.
  • Preparing reports and presentations to communicate compensation and benefits insights to site leadership

LATAM Sales responsibilities

  • Support the SIP renewal, calculation, and payment for Global Sales LATAM
  • Manage day to day compensation needs for Global Sales LATAM
  • Execute Sales Compensation Governance as established 
  • Provide training and education on sales compensation programs in partnership with HR for sales and commercial excellence

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or closely related field required

  • 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits; Experience in LATAM Compensation and Benefit practices

  • Understand laws and regulations regarding compensation in LATAM

  • Strong written English and Spanish skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required 

  • Must possess strong math, analytical and writing skills

  • Strong communication skills adaptable to all levels of the organization
