Server
A JoJo’s server acts as the most direct point of contact between the restaurant and its guests. It is vital for servers to have excellent customer service knowledge and communication skills. Servers welcome guests, make sure they are comfortable, and help direct them on reading the menu. They take drink/food/shake orders, suggest dishes, and answer all menu questions. They must have an in-depth knowledge of the food, drink, and shake menu at Jojo’s. They keep all server stations stocked and organized to meet client expectations and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Duties/responsibilities:
  • Greet customers with a positive attitude
  • Taking drink and food orders
  • Run sodas, cocktails, and floats
  • Memorize table numbers and all menus (drink, food and shake) as well as all allergy information
  • Give an outstanding dining experience to guests
  • Help keeping the restaurant and tables clean and tidy
Tips:
  • Talk to guests about JoJo’s, our stories, our background, etc.
  • Smile, stay positive, and have fun. You set the mood with your tables.
  • Never stand still, constantly walk through your section, be present in case guests need anything
  • Know all allergies
  • Understand all modifications available for all menu items
