Responsabilidades Claves
  • Contar, clasificar y registrar efectivo y monedas provenientes de varias operaciones del casino, incluyendo maquinas tragamonedas, juegos de mesa y otras fuentes de ingresos.
  • Procesar y reconciliar los depositos diarios de efectivo.
  • Documentar con precision todos los conteos y discrepancias, preparando informes segun lo requiera el Supervisor de Conteo o el Gerente.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos federales relacionados con la Ley de Prevencion de Lavado de Dinero y Requisitos Anti-Terrorismo, CTRC's, SARC, Lista de Nacionales Especialmente Designados y Personas Bloqueadas, BSA, FTC, OFAC, Ley de Privacidad de Informacion.
  • Adherirse a todas las regulaciones de juego y controles internos para asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes locales, estatales y federales.
  • Seguir todos los protocolos de seguridad para garantizar la seguridad e integridad de la sala de conteo y sus operaciones.
  • Asegurar que el uniforme y la apariencia personal esten limpios y profesionales.
  • Mantener la confidencialidad de la informacion confidencial; proteger los activos de la empresa.
  • Seguir todas las politicas y procedimientos de la empresa relacionados con seguridad y seguridad; reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al gerente; y completar la capacitacion y certificaciones de seguridad.
  • Realizar otras tareas razonables segun lo indique el supervisor.
Cualificaciones

  • Orientado al servicio de hospitalidad

  • Contar con habilidades numericas y analiticas, atencion al detalle y capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno dinamico. Se valorara experiencia en el uso de maquinas contadoras y conocimientos basicos de programas informaticos.

  • Debe poder obtener y mantener una licencia de juegos, aprobar una verificacion de antecedentes y desempenarse en un ambiente seguro y de espacio reducido.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos variados, incluyendo madrugadas, tardes, fines de semana y dias festivos.

  • Es requisito poder trabajar el turno de las 4:00 a.m.

  • Capacidad para permanecer de pie o sentado por periodos prolongados y levantar hasta 25 libras.

  • Dominio completo del espanol e ingles (bilingue).
