PROCESS ENGINEER - TECH 1ST SHIFT
Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement, optimize production, and make a real impact on quality and performance in our casting operations.
What You'll Do
  • Lead initiatives to reduce scrap, improve uptime, and increase efficiency
  • Identify root causes of production issues and drive lasting solutions using proven methodologies (8D, Six Sigma, 5-Why, etc.)
  • Partner with tooling, quality, and maintenance teams to solve complex challenges
  • Develop and optimize machine setup parameters for new and existing dies
  • Support new program launches from concept through production, ensuring successful execution
  • Collaborate with Quality to resolve customer concerns and implement engineering changes
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
  • Coach and support team members on best practices in casting and machining processes

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in die casting, machining, foundry, or related manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience using structured methodologies
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams to drive results
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
