We empower talented trainers and coaches, certified and experienced, to share their passion for fitness. With thousands of coaches and players engaging daily, we invite you to join a movement that's shaping the future of personal training.

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated personal trainers to join our dynamic platform. Whether you're a seasoned NASM/ACE/NSCA-certified trainer or an experienced fitness coach new to the teacher profession, our flexible model allows you to set your own schedule, define your rates, and work with enthusiastic clients ready to improve their strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.

Responsibilities
  • Customized training Programs: Deliver personalized training that meets each client's unique goals โ€” strength, fat loss, mobility, conditioning, or general fitness.

  • Skill Development: Craft programs that build foundational movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull) and progress safely toward each client's goals.

  • Positive Learning Environment: Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages consistency, enjoyment, and long-term progress.

  • Innovative Coaching Strategies: Use evidence-based programming and creative training methods to ensure consistent progress, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach is ideal but not required.

  • NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or ISSA certification preferred (current CPR/AED required by most insurers).

  • Comfort working with beginners, intermediate clients, and special populations.

  • A true passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others build healthier lives.

  • Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively coach clients of all levels.

Benefits
  • Autonomy and Flexibility: Set your own schedule and prices, allowing you to reflect your expertise and availability.

  • Dynamic Client Base: Get immediate access to motivated clients nationwide, expanding your reach.

  • Zero Hassle: We handle scheduling, payments, and marketing, so you can focus on delivering top-notch personal training.

  • Visibility: Boost your coaching profile and extend your impact within our vibrant fitness community.

TeachMe.To is more than just a platformโ€”it's your opportunity to make a significant impact in the personal training community and build a rewarding career on your terms. If you're ready to transform your passion into your profession, we're eager to welcome you aboard.
