ProScapes Lawn, Landscape & Snow is seeking dependable Snow Plow Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season in Eagan, Minnesota. Serving the Twin Cities since 1958, ProScapes has built a long-standing reputation for dependable, professional lawn, landscape, and snow services.

This is a seasonal, on-call position with hours based on snow and ice events. When winter weather arrives, our customers depend on us to keep their properties safe and accessible. We are looking for reliable operators who take pride in doing quality work and can be counted on when conditions get tough.

Position Overview

As a Snow Plow Operator, you will operate snow removal equipment at commercial and residential properties throughout the Twin Cities. Depending on your experience and assigned route, equipment may include plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, and other snow removal equipment.

Snow events can occur at any time, including overnight, weekends, and holidays. Successful candidates must be able to respond when called and remain available through completion of their assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, and other snow removal equipment
  • Plow parking lots, drive lanes, loading areas, and other assigned surfaces
  • Apply salt and deicing materials as directed
  • Follow assigned routes, site maps, and property-specific instructions
  • Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions, equipment issues, and completed work
  • Work safely and efficiently during extended snow events
  • Help maintain the high level of service our customers expect from ProScapes

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous snow plowing or equipment operating experience preferred
  • Experience operating skid steers, loaders, plow trucks, or similar equipment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Dependable and able to report to work on short notice when snow events occur
  • Available for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday snow events
  • Comfortable working long shifts during major storms
  • Strong attention to safety and property protection
  • Ability to work independently while following route and site instructions
