Construction Headhunting is on the Hunt for an Operations Manager -Field, you will manage the day-to-day Field Operations of Service & Contracting Divisions.  Supporting both Local and Highway DOT Divisions, Dispatching, Scheduling, Inventory-Materials, Equipment & Fleet Management, and Field Hiring.  Client is located in SE Side of Chicago - NW Indiana, this is a succession plan replacing the retiring current manager of 30 years.
