Job description

A premier, multi-disciplinary dental practice in Toronto, ON is seeking a long-term, dedicated Certified Level II Dental Assistant (NDAEB)to join their highly structured, fast-paced team.
Operating out of a modern 9-operatory facility with a 20+ member staff, this established office offers a collaborative environment providing General Dentistry alongside specialized services in Orthodontics, Periodontics, and Endodontics.
This position is ideal for an organized, highly dependable professional who strives for clinical excellence, possesses outstanding communication skills, and is eager to expand their specialty knowledgewith full training provided for specialty procedures as needed.

Full-Time Schedule
  • Monday Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM (with occasional evening shifts until 7:15 PM as needed)

  • *Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 2:15 PM (on a rotating basis with the CDA team)
    *When working on a Saturday, the candidate gets the leave early on a weekday.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $26.00 $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and clinical skill set)

Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Level II Dental Assistant; NDAEB certificate required.

  • Clinical & Technical Skills: Proficiency with Dentrix software (charting, treatment planning support, and clinical records).

  • Certifications: Valid CPR BLS certification. Certificates in IPAC, WHMIS, Health & Safety, Workplace Violence & Harassment, and Accessibility must be completed prior to start date (guidance provided on free completion options where applicable).

  • Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (both verbal and written).

  • Core Attributes: High reliability, strong attention to detail, adaptable team player, and a friendly, positive disposition.
