Job description

Overview

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Staff Clinician to lead therapeutic group work in our Life Skills Center and Riverside School programs for adolescents aged 12-18 years in grades 6-12. The Life Skills Center offers a highly structured, group-based therapeutic day program to support teens experiencing mental health challenges. The Riverside School provides a therapeutic day school for adolescents whose mental health has interfered with their academic and social/emotional well‑being in a traditional public‑school setting.

Responsibilities

The Staff Clinician will assess, develop treatment plans, manage cases, collaborate with families and coordinate services for assigned clients. The role includes leading a variety of therapeutic groups, participating in creating and maintaining a healthy milieu, and collaborating with a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver critical services for teens and families.

Qualifications

Candidates must enjoy working with adolescents and be a proactive team member.

Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm
Pay Rate
  • Unlicensed Clinician – $62,004/salaried
  • Independent Licensure – $67,995/salaried
