Location: North Phoenix, AZ (4747 E. Bell Road, Suite 15)

Position Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy a predictable, structured 3-day workweek with your Mondays and Fridays completely free!)

Compensation: $52.00 – $55.00 / hour DOE + Monthly Hygiene Bonus

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

As our part-time hygiene superstar, you will manage your own single-column chair with complete clinical autonomy, delivering premier periodontal and preventative care.

  • Advanced Periodontal Therapy: Utilizing laser-certified therapies and localized anesthesia to provide comprehensive, comfortable gum disease treatments.

  • Diagnostic Imaging: Capturing clean digital X-rays and utilizing intraoral cameras to co-discover restorative needs alongside our doctors.

  • Patient Advocacy: Providing clear, empathetic patient education on systemic oral health, preventive routines, and specialized treatment options.

  • Elite Organization: Maintaining meticulous digital clinical notes and tracking within our highly structured office workflow.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
  • Licensure: Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Arizona.

  • Certifications (Required): Must be Laser Certified and Anesthesia Certified to align with our advanced hygiene protocols.

  • Certifications (Preferred): Nitrous Oxide Administration/Monitoring Certification
