Job description

Our extensive range of services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Systems Implementation Analyst will support critical business processes as part of onboarding new business and/or warehouses. This position will work through document flows, internal and external vendors, solutioning and functional teams. This position plays an important role in driving operational excellence at ODW.

Salary Pay Grade Level 15

Salary Range $63,000 to $84,000

Essential Functions

• Develop and define Concept of Operations and process flows from beginning to end
• Maintain cross-functional partnerships with sales, IT and operations stakeholders
• Gather and document critical business requirements
• Translate business needs to system and process requirements
• Create and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and report for executive-level visibility in project trajectory
• Serve as the first line of defense in IT ticketing process
• Foster and execute management and associate systems training plans during new launches
• Support PMO in accurate project and timeline reporting
• Assist in creating work instructions prior to live account launches
• Provide on-site go-live support to Operations
• All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, industrial engineering or equivalent education/work experience preferred
• 3 – 5+ years of experience interfacing with external and internal customers preferred
• Previous experience with warehouse management systems (HighJump (Korber) and/or Symmetry (AS400)) preferred
