The Gulf is the seaside hideaway you dreamed you’d find for a gathering of friends, family or loved ones. The bar seems to anticipate the mood and mixture of the moment and with genuine thoughtfulness the staff sets just the appropriate tone. The design features shipping containers, reclaimed, recycled and salvaged building materials that contrast attractively and good-naturedly with the sand, surf and palms.


Summary:

The entire Retail team must understand and implement the standards and the vision of The Gulf, while following all directives of all Store Management.  All associates are responsible for delivering the highest quality standards and service at all times.  Associates are responsible for daily operational procedures and are responsible for merchandising and recovery in accordance with company specs and timing standards. Associates are responsible for following Company Brand Standards at all times. 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 


  • Merchandising- setting planograms, filling sales floor, purging backstock
  • Confirms products are put on sales floor properly and in a timely manner.
  • Arranges product according to planogram specifications.
  • Performs price change, clean & bright, functionality and janitorial duties.
  • Selling, on the floor active selling with guests that walk in the door

  • To uphold the Values and Mission Statement while performing positional responsibilities and adhering to company policies and procedures, as stated in the Employee Handbook.  
  • Report to work on time and in proper uniform
  • Follow direction of manager

  • Treat every guest, partner and vendor with respect and dignity.
