Job description

E-logic Inc is looking for a Lead Biomedical Equipment Technician III to lead a team of BMETs, perform technical inspections, repairs, calibrations, and overhauls of medical equipment at one of four depot locations.


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure medical equipment is well-maintained, properly configured, and safely functional.
  • Lead, manage, and supervise subordinate BMETs.
  • Coordinate with the Program Manager at the assigned location.
  • Perform technical inspections, repairs, calibrations, and overhauls of medical equipment.
  • Enter data into Army automated systems as prescribed by the depot supervisor.
  • Submit monthly reports identifying work completed and total hours spent.
  • Be available for short notice TDY travel (within 48 to 72 hours).
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Graduate from a DoD or civilian biomedical technician school.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare and/or mechanical maintenance operations.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Medical Equipment Technology.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical equipment, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to lead and manage subordinate BMETs.
  • Must be physically and medically qualified.

CBET certification desirable.
