You will run
12 crews per day intentionally structured so you can:
- Stay detail-oriented
- Be present on your jobs
- Deliver a 5-star result every time
What Youll Own
- Full oversight of daily production (12 crews)
- Pre-install planning + job readiness
- On-site leadership and issue resolution
- Final inspections and quality control
- Homeowner communication during install
- Crew accountability and performance standards
- Preventing problems before they happen

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years in residential roofing production
- Experience leading or managing crews
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs without losing control
- Valid drivers license
