Help clients in the higher education sector (primarily universities and public university systems) understand how to assess, prioritize, and plan to implement strategies and tactics in an increasingly complex and challenged operating environment. Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in higher education setting, either in the higher education consulting industry or in strategic, operational, and/or managerial roles as an employee of a higher education institution or institutions
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, hit deadlines, and deliver client-ready work with limited supervision.
- Proficiency with standard analytical and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint); hands-on experience with AI tools, prompting, or data analysis tools is strongly preferred.
