Qualifications

  • Illinois Administrative Licensure
  • Completion of State-approved prequalification requirements to serve as a Teacher and Assistant Principal Evaluator prior to start date
  • Candidates are encouraged to review the District's Strategic Plan, which can be found on our website. Candidates are also encouraged to review the school website to better understand Central High School's students, staff, programming, and community. The successful candidate should be capable of leading the building toward success as defined in the Strategic Plan.

Compensation

  • The entry level base salary for this position in the upcoming school year is $142,639, plus highly competitive benefits, including 100% Board-paid TRS contributions and 100% Board-paid employee-only health, dental, and term life insurance. There is a minimal employee cost for vision insurance. Additional compensation above the base is offered to candidates based on their number of years of successful administrative experience.
