Castle Parma is a charter high school seeking passionate, student-centered educators to join our team as Math, Science, and CBI/CTE Teachers. These teachers will deliver high-quality instruction, support diverse learners, and contribute to a school culture focused on academic growth, career readiness, and real-world skill development. Candidates may apply for one or more subject areas based on licensure and experience.
Math Teacher
  • Teach courses such as Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, or other math electives.
  • Support students in building foundational numeracy, problem-solving, and reasoning skills.
  • Integrate real-world applications to increase relevance and engagement.
Science Teacher
  • Teach courses such as Biology, Physical Science, Environmental Science, or Chemistry (based on licensure).
  • Facilitate hands-on labs, inquiry-based learning, and scientific literacy.
  • Ensure safe and effective use of lab equipment and materials.
CBI/CTE Teacher
  • Provide Career-Based Interventions for students identified as at-risk academically or behaviorally.
