Registered Nurse - High Risk Labor & Delivery - Night Shift - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Details:

  • Shift: FT Nights
  • Hours: 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)
  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus with an 18-month commitment
  • Relocation assistance available

Job Summary:

  • Provide direct nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in the antepartum unit.
  • Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about pregnancy complications, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate emergency protocols.
  • Support patients emotionally and psychologically during prolonged hospital stays or complex pregnancies.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
  • BLS certification
  • NRP and STABLE certification
  • COAP and Suicide Prevention course
  • ACLS and PALS certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
