Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive remote therapy sessions to clients enrolled in an 8-week evidence-based program, ensuring they receive consistent support throughout their journey.
  • Monitor and document participant progress meticulously, supplying timely follow-up communications and recommendations for care coordination.
  • Actively participate in a multidisciplinary care team, assisting clients in accessing necessary resources, while guiding them through consent and authorization paperwork.
  • Effectively identify and respond to high-risk encounters with participants, engaging appropriate safety protocols as outlined by company policy.
  • Attend and contribute to scheduled meetings with supervisors, participate in monthly team meetings, and join company-wide Town Halls to stay aligned with organizational goals.
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, maintaining confidentiality while keeping current with annual training requirements.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the organization's mission by actively seeking to improve your clinical skills and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients, including those facing various mental health challenges. Your focus will be on equipping them with actionable skills to promote healthy habits through structured therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Your role is crucial in guiding clients toward not only managing their symptoms but also achieving long-term mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • The ability to maintain a consistent availability for patient sessions.
  • Clinical experience in psychotherapy using evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, or other solution-focused techniques.
