Mirabella Seattle is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in Seattle's vibrant South Lake Union neighborhood. We are seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.
What You'll Be Doing
• Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Set up and take down meeting rooms and event spaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment for resident and community activities.
• Operate custodial and floor-care equipment safely and effectively while cleaning assigned areas.
• Perform carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, trash removal, and other custodial duties.
• Support a safe and welcoming environment by following safety procedures and responding appropriately to emergencies.
Pay: $21.30 - $23.00 / hr DOE

• Minimum of one year of experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or a related field preferred.
• Experience operating custodial equipment and using cleaning products safely.
