Window Cleaning Technician

We are seeking someone to join our team. Opportunity to learn the window cleaning trade with comprehensive training. No experience required; must be comfortable with heights. Pay increases based on attitude and responsibility.

Company Info: Established, licensed, and insured in Dunedin, serving Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties. Growth opportunities with internal promotions. Support for career development and regular company events.

Requirements: Outgoing, strong communication, and quality-focused. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to pass a drug test (drug-free workplace).

Pay & Benefits: $15-$18/hr during probation. $18-$25/hr after probation, with performance-based raises. No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend work.
