A DSC Member prepares and closes all jobs including:
Execute the on-site plan(s)
Collect appropriate/specific job materials and equipment
Communicate with scheduled clients
Account for all materials, equipment, and/or installations
Met maintenance policies, procedures and protocols.
Evaluate the maintenance needs of the project and execute a plan to address them.
Provide technical definition and oversight of minor works.
Manage and address facilities-related needs and incidents.
Carry out projects to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Review installations and equipment to minimize incidents and identify opportunities for recommended improvement.
Coordinate all aspects of the works related to a project in line with requirements, budget, and timeline.
Communicate directly with the Site Manager to coordinate maintenance and repair projects.
A minimum of 3-5 years Window washing experience on residential/commercial buildings.
Skilled in general repairs, carpentry, painting, provide general/preventive residential services
A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
Proven experience in successfully managing time, leading in teams, and managing projects
Sales and customer service experience
COMPETENCIES

REPORTING LINES
The DSC Member reports directly to the Site Manager, and Site Operations Officer (SOO) and is evaluated annually by him/her, in conjunction with the Chief Operations Officer.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS
Part-Time, $15 - $28 per/hour depending on experience
The DSC Member is a part-time job of a maximum of 30 hours per week. The schedule will be arranged in agreement with the HR department.
