Parker Cadillac is growing and seeking to hire an Automotive Window Tint Technician / Installer to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced window tint professional or someone looking to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you. We have successfully trained employees with no prior tinting experience and provide hands-on training to help you build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install automotive window tint on customer and dealership vehicles
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces properly before installation
  • Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work efficiently while meeting dealership quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record Required
  • Previous automotive window tint installation experience preferred but not required; training is provided
  • Experience with automotive detailing, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, audio installation, accessory installation, upfitting, or similar hands-on automotive work is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
