Job Overview / Description:
Window & Door Installer We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Window & Door Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service. Our work spans all types of residential homes-from new construction to older, historic, and high-end properties-so versatility, care, and attention to detail are essential. You will work on a variety of projects, including window installations, aluminum wrapping, interior and exterior door installations, and interior moulding etc. You will need an aptitude for precision and the ability to accommodate unique build requirements from clients. You will be expected to participate in continued education on products and services related to but not limited to responsibilities and duties listed below.
Responsibilities and Duties (Include, but not limited to):
  • Perform full installation services to customer project
  • Measure, cut, and install various windows, doors, fixtures and millwork for doors, and windows
  • Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges common in older construction
  • Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects
  • Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite
  • Maintain records as required by supervisor
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Participate in required department meetings
  • Participate in developing and educating team members
  • Keep a clean and professional environment on jobsites (clean as you go and at the end of everyday)
  • Take necessary precautions to protect the finished areas we work in
  • Take care of equipment and tools - make sure they return where they belong
