We are looking for candidates with a strong knowledge of window and door installation who can work both independently and with our Service team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Must have window installation experience, a valid driver's license, & a good driving record to be considered for position Key Responsibilities: Service and repair previously installed windows & doors (sashes, screens, locks, units, woodwork, etc.) Analyze problems and come up with solutions independently, with the Service team, and our customers Determine and follow through on corrective action that is efficient and cost effective Maintain customer satisfaction from start to finish with a positive, can-do attitude Work in a highly collaborative environment Timely documentation of service notes and complete paperwork Collect and process payments if necessary Fully complete service training from lead service tech and understand procedures implemented with both service and safety Benefits: Paid training Work / life balance Full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Holiday pay, PTO, and company matched 401K Company use of vehicle to complete services Growth opportunities Job Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality workmanship MUST have at least 2 years window installation experience Knowledge of general construction, home improvements, and renovation preferred Ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot Valid Driver's License and clean driving record - this position is contingent on successfully passing a detailed driving record check and meeting the necessary requirements to be insurable under our company's policy.
